We start with a free water quality test (TDS, pH, hardness, chlorine, heavy metals if needed). Based on results we recommend the right combination of sediment, carbon, RO, UV, and softening stages.
Whole-home systems install at the mains entry; under-sink systems serve the kitchen tap; bathroom systems address chlorine for skin and hair.
Sediment, chlorine, chloramine, heavy metals (lead, copper), microplastics, some PFAS. Doesn't remove fluoride or salts — for those, you need a reverse osmosis system on the kitchen tap.
Depends on your water hardness. Sydney mains are moderately hard; Melbourne is soft; some regional areas (especially bore water) are very hard. We test for free and recommend only if needed — softeners aren't always required.
Sediment: 6 months. Carbon: 12 months. RO membrane: 2–3 years. UV bulb: 12 months. We offer service contracts that schedule and supply the right replacement filters automatically.
